Identified opportunities and stakeholders, gathered requirements, performed feasibility study, *Contributed to resource, cost estimations, technical proposals, and vendor management.*Developed and demonstrated demo software using Labview.Project 2: This predictive project objective was to test and deliver DNCS SCADA. The outcome was replacement of leagacy control system with SCADA.Responsibilities:*I wrote test cases and performed UAT/FAT/SAT for Northern Gas Network.*Served as an interim team lead, engaged in daily huddle, reported previous day performance, today’s plan and issues and reported to program manager.*Rolled over to SCADA, replacing the legacy control system.Project 3: The objective was to rebuild control system graphics for National Grid Grain LNG Terminal-UK, complying to EEMUA 201. It used agile framework.Responsibilities:*I created stakeholder register, gathered requirements from operators and systems teams.*Conducuted daily scrum and restrospective meeting.*Created plant overview graphics and displayed them on a wall display.*Conducted product training for stakeholders.
