I have entrepreneurial, investment, design, and product experience, having built and scaled software product companies in SaaS, marketplaces, media & entertainment, mobile computing, recruitment tech and analytics. A career spanning design, product management, P&L and capital allocation, with a proven track record in building, scaling, and turning around B2B and B2C product businesses globally across diverse internet ecosystems.As an entrepreneur, I sold my startup, Webfluenz, to MuSigma (its first acquisition) and have since held leadership roles across companies at various growth stages, including Unicorns, Series A & B funded startups, and bootstrapped ventures. In my role as Chief Product Officer at Arts Consolidated (Operabase and CueTV), I have transformed a legacy opera performance database into a leading decentralised information marketplace for the performing arts, featuring market-leading casting tools, talent search capabilities, artist profile management, and audience engagement tools. I also conceptualised, built, and launched CueTV, a video streaming service for performing arts. At Anthill Ventures, an early-stage VC fund, I established their Bangalore practice and developed an accelerator and market access programs focused on healthcare and media tech. I have also driven product and business growth at Babajob and Belong, focusing on product-led growth and market expansion with a strong emphasis on technology and data science, resulting in significant business and company size growth at both organisations.
