A qualified CA and gold medallist in law from Mumbai university. After practising as a CA for more than a decade gave up the certificate of practise and acquired the sanad from Bar Council of India in the year 2010 enabling him to appear in high court and supreme court. Since then have been engaged in some high profile matters with great results. Launched law firm “Acelegal” which specialises in real estate deal structuring with focus on tax planning. Also handles tax litigation. Have been structuring deals, FDI etc. using his expertise as a CA and lawyer. He believes that a true professional can add value to the clients business by finding solutions which advances the objective of client and in the process objective of the professional. He has been leading a team of professionals which include CAs and lawyers. Believes that one must hire persons who are more intelligent than the leader. Also believes in hands on working and therefore has an office timing of 15 hours a day 7 days a week.He has authored 2 books one on money laundering and the other on service tax. He is ably assisted by his wife Ritika who too is a CA and a lawyer and as a partner of Acelegal heads the litigation unit. He is a great father to two kids Ananya and Rishabh who have taught him nuances of power point presentations. Both kids were instrumental in giving great ideas when Acelegal office was being done up. They also over saw the execution of the set up of new office.
