Job Responsibilities : • Preparation of RFQ and equipment datasheets for rotary, static and packaged equipment after detailed study of the tender specifications.• Reviews vendor offers/clarifications, TBE preparation, checking vendor GAD, fabrication drawing, design calculations and provide manufacturing clearances.•  Preparation, review and filling CRS for the equipment like Pumps, Blowers, fans, agitators, mixers, hoist, metering pump, Polymer auto dissolving unit, cleaning filters, Skids, pressure tubes, vessels, reactor, tanks.•  Provide the technical support to the client for the erection and commissioning.•  Mechanical thickness calculation in PVELITE for pressure vessels, reactors, Filters etc.•  Working knowledge and demonstrable application of applicable international codes and standards (e.g. ASME, ANSI, API, ISO) etc.•  Experience with leading the discipline design and delegating work tasks to team members. Ability to lead execution of work and resolve issues in a team environment.•  Provide Mechanical Engineering support to reduce risk, deliver operations support by providing technical deliverables accurately and on time.•  Monitoring and controlling interdepartmental activities of the project by DCI, resource allocation planning and Input tracking sheets.•  Approves and submission of the documents to the clients MDS system.•  Excellent interpersonal, organizational and sound decision making, communication (oral and written) skills.

Handles following multi-disciplinary activities of the Organization.• Basic Engineering, Tender specification, AutoCAD, PVElite software• Reviewing fabrication and packaged layout drawings.• Technical data sheets, RFQ and Exposure to Process Flow diagram, P&ID, PMS, mechanical valves.• Familiar to ASME, IS, API standard used in manufacturing, testing and design.• Monitoring fabrication progress, troubleshooting and handles operational issues for the equipment's like Rotary kiln, waste heat recovery boilers, spray dryer, multi-cyclone, packed bed columns, tanks, chimney, ventury scrubber, bag filters, primary & secondary chambers, Inlet hood, conveyor systems, shell and tube type heat exchanger and reagent handling systems at site.• Provides approval and performs factory acceptance tests(FAT) for the equipment’s which involves pumps, blowers, fan, material handling equipment, gas trains, skids, valves stations, piping, MS rubber lined/PVDF/ PTFE/FRP piping's, mechanical valves and hydraulic power pack, burners, vessels etc.• Weld inspection, Hydro test, VT, RT, UT, LPT, MPT, Level II certification.• QAP, PQR, WPS, and WPQ and approves vendor ITP• Vendor Development and Dealing with Clients.• Shop floor experience for MS, SS and Alloy steel fabrication.

Job Responsibilities :•  Experience in fabrication of the pipes 12” to 130” diameter with varying thickness pipes use in the petrochemical, refinery, water, oil and natural gas industries.•  Shift in charge for supervising and control of manufacturing process quality.•  Experience in API-5L up to X-70, PSL I & PSL II, ASTM A671/672/691 for pipes with low/moderate/high pressure and temperatures requirement.•  Witnessed and making final reports for mechanical, chemical, micro, ultrasound, impact, x-ray, and hydro test in company’s in-house testing facility. Also, exposure to companies in-house online RTR and UT testing automated machine.•  Review and witnessed of QAP, PQR, WPS, and WPQ.•  Experience in-house heat treatment facilities and procedure like annealing, normalizing, stress relieving and tempering.•  Deal with third party inspection like TUV, TUV-SUD, TCE, DNV, EIL, BVIS, and BVIQ.•  QA, QC documentation and records as per various standards like API, ASTM A671/672/691, IS 3589

•  Providing pre-sales technical assistance, product education and updating data for NC/CNC Hydraulic press brake, Shear, Punching machines by visiting to the customer manufacturing facility.• Records the customer technical requirement, future plans and provide these details to reporting manager
