Handling All verticals and Operations of branch. Focus on profitability, product Mix, monitoring the hygiene of Branch and product wise Loss Ratios and sensitizing the team for their focus on the same. Driving the Bancassurance relationship. Analyzing business Potential, Planning and executing strategies from business development up to Branch COR. Ensure effective management of the Branch, ensuring that all legal and statutory obligations are met. Manage the compliance related aspects for the Branch – Risk Management – Audit Observation.Key Responsibilities as Branch Manager To achieve all sales targets of branch and also look after operation excellence of branch. Prime responsibility is to handhold all staff with proper knowledge and guidance. Branch should be profitable on monthly basis and all staff should be productive on day to day basis. To handle customer complaints and ensure timely closure.  Branch should grow on gross liabilities as well as assets. To serve all working capital customers and also take care of new sourcing. To support staff on big ticket calls as well as with other departments of bank. Ensuring proper care of branch lobby and other assets of branch. To perform monthly and fortnightly checks of Cash, Customer deliverables, Expenses, Lockers, Gold Packets, all registers maintained by staff etc.  To download the management objectives to staff and monitor the work accordingly.
