I have contributed for around 13 years in achieving organisational objectives through Operational excellence and management consulting.I am presently contributing in identification to implementation of potentials enablers for cost reduction and performance improvement. I enjoy interacting with all the stakeholders and ensuring ownership to achieve true north.On graduating from Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad, I joined Tata Steel limited as Management trainee in coal wash plant operations. During operations, I have contributed in maximizing efficiency with optimised cost along with maintaining quality, safety standards and employee engagement aspects.In career path, I have been exposed to different analytical tools and techniques, behavioural standards and managerial practices. I have also presented papers in international journals indicating Tata Steel success stories and leap taken.It thrills me to challenge status quo and generating progressive themes through my team for continuous improvement.
