Worked as a trainee in the International Marketing Division of the Company.Key responsibilities include:Business Development: Dealing with existing clients and finding new prospective clients for growing the business of the company.Market Survey & Reporting: Daily/weekly reporting on new and potential products that the company can start manufacturing in the future.Tracking the import and export shipments and coordinating with the suppliers and the CHA so that shipments get cleared without any hitch and reach on time.Coordinating with the other departments like logistics to deal with our export requirement and informing other departments on the progress on our end.Accomplishments include:Represented the company at a global level at The Ferro Alloy Conference at Hong Kong , meeting the key opinion leaders of the industry and networking/developing business for the company.

Image Communication Products Division : Visual MerchandiseVisited various retailers across NCR to invigilate the store hygiene, product display, etc. to find out how visual merchandizing affects the consumer.Drafted a questionnaire separately for the retailers and customers to get a better understanding of their mindset. Also studied the strong competitors of Canon like Sony and Nikon, i.e. how the product merchandize and display differs from one another and also what drives a customer to buy a product of a specific brand.A final report was prepared according to my findings on and off the field to help company to make consumer and retailers friendly plans.
