Working in a busy and under pressure environment with special importance to timemanagement, meeting with client’s expectations and keeping to deadlines. Duties include;• Prepare or coordinate preparation of financial and administrative reports; analyze and interpret statistics, financial data, and management planning data for predicting resource needs and developing long range plans.• Supervise, hire, train, and evaluate assigned staff. Working with employees to correct deficiencies and recommends and implements corrective action and discipline.• Charting out the Company objectives and plans, setting performance requirements, and selecting project participants.• Bringing about optimum utilization of resources- labour, materials and equipment, and ensuring their procurement at most cost-effective terms.• Implementation of various operations through proper coordination.• Development of effective communications and mechanisms for resolving conflicts among the various participants.• Review drawings for completeness and best practices.• Monitor and assess project schedules.• Monitor construction and adherence to the project documents.• Provide technical advise and guidance to clients and consultants involved in various projects.• Oversee project activities from pre-design to post construction phases through supervision of Project Managers and oversight of contractors. • Direct work sequencing to expedite project delivery and to minimize disruption of ongoing institutional operations. • Select and contract with external suppliers and contractors.Since my introduction to Ark Construction I have been actively involved in the implementation of new strategies and project management methods that have helped company bolster its profit through efficiency and increase its productivity. As an associate director I am directly responsible for the companies performance both financially and non-financially.
