Initiate and align sales and marketing initiatives to ensure achieving the desired volume of business through channel. Handle Institutional selling, channel sales,selling to the Governments through various ministries and also handling channel partners. Create, fill in and manage the funnel for the deals with channel partners and the team mates to transform potential leads to completed sales. Exclusively managed sales through the large telecom companies like, BSNL, Airtel etc, and works with them closely to generate business for the company. Handle the telemarketing efforts and initiatives to generate leads Coordinating various customer contact activities like road shows, mall activities, generic promotional campaigns and participating in exhibitions to generate potential leads. Preparing management information by way of report generation at the end of the day / week / month
