• Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) with UK, Europe, Eastern Europe, Middle East, Asia Pacific and Africa experience as a Chief Financial Officer, Finance Director, Financial Controller, Finance Manager and Financial Consultant.• Over 15 Years of UK and International experience in Fixed and Mobile Telecommunication, including Interconnect, Wholesale and Roaming contracts, finance, company insurance, compliance and corporate governance, dispute management, all management, board, stakeholder, internal and external reporting. • Experienced in a wide range of financial reporting (IFRS and GAAP), start-ups, Planning and strategy, long term business planning, cost benefit analysis, financial policy & procedures, budgeting, reporting and forecasting, tax, internal and external audit, financial control, management reporting, Capex & Forex programmes, CRM and business administration.• Experience of programme management, process improvement, project control and risk management.• Excellent Leadership and TEAM management ability to impact and influence the decision making process, multi-cultural delegation & people management skills, capable of inspiring others to achieve corporate targets.• Determined to ensure that a high quality and consistent cost-effective service is provided through day-to-day financial control, change and improved business performance.• Excellent Teamwork communication and inter-personal skills at senior level, group and local ground level.• Analytical skills, hands on, ‘self-starter’ experience in several environments often under pressure.• Experience of negotiating and dealing in contractual matters, vendors, finance houses, internal and external legal teams.• AccPac, ERP, Sage, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel experience.
