Assisted on projects by working on design software's like Auto CAD, solid works in Military Communication Department (D&E/NCS).

During my internship in July 2011 I had Undergone Industrial Training at (KIOCL) Limited, which produces pellets of iron ore by undergoing various processes in different sections. During the training period they explained us about each and every process and some of the major problems encountered in one of the section of the plant. They gave us an opportunity to overcome this problem, and we took up as our graduating project "Development of Hard face Material for Coke Crusher Die" and worked on it by frequently visiting the organization and collecting the data.There was a major problem in the ball mill, here limestone and coke were crushed in between roll heads and die ring. The suspended roll heads and die ring used in the ball mill were wearing out quickly. Frequent changing of roll heads and die ring were expensive and the company could not afford it. We analysed the problem and conducted various tests on the same material as of the roll heads used in the industry & came out with an effective solution, that coating of alloys on the roll heads and die ring would reduce this problem.
