I initiated tenure as an Offshore Development Head at a time when the organization was primarily in early build up stages, and have provided effective leadership and guidance to building capabilities, drive customer branding, steer business development and pilot P & L objectives. Over the years, I have also kept a firm eye on top line as well as bottom line objectives, in close collaboration with the stakeholders and key decision makers spread across functions and verticals. Key highlights include successfully building new Technological Practices like Microsoft, Open Sources, Mobile, Service Now, Mule Soft, Emerging Tech(Machine Learning, AI) and Automation Testing. I am now spearheading complete portfolio of projects being delivered in India (Bangalore & Hyderabad) including cost budgeting, planning and execution of programs; providing inputs on the project strategy, budget, policies and major issue resolutions. My role has been instrumental as a Change Leader, having successfully aligned the entire organization with the market as well as industry requirement, ensuring the capabilities are built and rapidly adopted. I gained exposure in R&D, Internet Based Business, Enterprise Information Management, Consulting Organization Management & Delivery Management, Agile Delivery Models. I was identified an effective technologist and a people leader and was subsequently given the charge to handle liaison between onshore and offshore teams.
