Working in TDI INFRACORP (INDIA) LIMITED(Group company of TDI GROUP-A Real Estate Group(since 25 years) as AGM- Accounts and Finance.• Handling Accounts team which include Manager Accounts and Finance, CA’s and accounts executives to ensure effective and efficient control over day to day accounting work, monthly clouser of books, monthly deposite of TDS, Service Tax , Wct.• Ensuring all banking work for the group on day to day basis.• Ensuring proper compliance of TDS for every month and filing of TDS return.• Making fund flow statement on daily, monthly basis for Top Management.• Ensuring fund flow for the group on daily basis.• Working on Far Vision ERP Software.• Liaising with Banks for smooth working of Banking Work on day to day basis• Ensuring proper checking and verification of RA bills of Contractors, ensuring proper compliance of service tax, tds, wct etc and verifying their payments.• Ensuring proper verification of supplier’s bills before making their payments.• Ensuring Month wise material reconciliation as well as reconciliation of Contractor’s.• Verifying monthly, quarterly interest payments made to lenders of the group.• Ensuring proper compliance of Service Tax and Wct for every month and filing of service tax return.• Handling VAT case based on the judgment delivered by honorable Supreme Court.• Finalization of Books of Accounts and finalization of Balance Sheet of main group company.• Finalization of Books of Accounts and finalization of Balance Sheet of LOC companies.• Finalization of ITR of main group company along with LOC companies.
