• Handling complete recruitment Lifecycle for Junior, Middle and Senior Level Position • Interacting with clients for specification for new position. • Understanding the job requirements of clients Company.• Preparing JD according to the need of client.• Searching & short listing the candidates resumes through job portals (Naukri .com, Monsterindia.com, times jobs .com), internal database, headhunting and references and other consultants.• Mass mailing for various Position• Conducting telephonic interview to check suitability and availability of candidates for further interview with clients. • Validating and gathering the vital information like total work ex ,present company location, relocation, position, current CTC, expected CTC, qualification and, skill sets , available for interview with clients, expected joining time etc• Effective salary negotiation with candidates and clients.• Sending the CV to the clients after validation.• Lining up the candidates and Scheduling interviews with clients and follow up on the feedbacks till joining.• Client Interaction for requirement Clarification follows up, candidate’s selection, rejection, arranging interview schedule.• Stay in touch with candidate and client till joining, revenue is received and replacement tenure.• Preparing MIS report and updating of tracker• Persuading and convincing the candidate and manipulating to close the position in stipulated time.
