Key Responsibilities:BCM Framework• Designing business impact analysis questionnaire to align with Ocwen BCM framework, regulatory requirements etc.• Designing the framework, roles and responsibilities, work flow of events and scoring methodology for BCP tests.• Designing training sessions for BCP activities, BCM tools and ISO 22301 audit requirements.BCM Implementation• Conducting business impact analysis for the business units to determine impact due to any disruption.• Conducting risk assessments for facilities to determine risks and mitigation required.• Reviewing recovery strategies and business continuity plans for individual Business Units.• Facilitating BCP tests, call tree tests for the business units, evaluate and share lessons learnt.• Conducting training sessions for Business Unit Coordinators for BCP activities and BCM tools.• Supporting Physical Security team for conducting evacuation drills, evaluate and share recommendations.BCM Tools• Conducting due diligence and user acceptance testing for BCM tools to align with Ocwen BCM requirements.• Liaising with vendors for implementation of customization requirements.• Configuring BCM tools testing for improving user experience and accuracy of test results.Incidents & Response • Notifying stakeholders and support teams regarding probable incidents and disruptions; facilitating appropriate response measures.• Responding to incidents and overseeing recovery of business operations and facilities.Audits• Responding to internal/external audits, regulatory requests and providing necessary documentation for business continuity.• Responsible for driving the organization’s ISO 22301 Certification process conducted by the Third Party certification authority.Reporting• Designing metrics to evaluate Business Unit resilience based on appropriate business continuity parameters.• Preparing monthly dashboards on organizational business continuity posture to be shared with the senior management.
