Managing the diet software on the sites like Lilavati and Hiranandanani Hospitals from installation, bug fixing and database management.

Responsible for entire gamut of project management functions which include:Activity Planning and sequencing: Construct activity sequences, procurement requirements, skill requirements for critical activities, establish project administrative benchmarks.Resource planning: Assist operational managers in manpower planning and resources issue and ensuring there are budget allocations for all resources. Identifying skill requirements by understanding client needs. Calculating and analyzing the projected figures for the future projects in other to utilize the minimum resources and generate maximum profit for the companyTime Estimation and developing schedules: A pre-job analysis to collect all time estimates and then aligning the schedule to customer’s expectations. Determining project requirements with team and validate the schedule to client after getting everyone's concurrence. Conducting daily meetings with production to ensure their understanding and check schedule. Organizing meetings with client to keep them updated. Analyzing potential risks to schedule and getting them resolved by mutual discussion with team and with superiors. Keep the client posted of changes if any.Cost estimation: Linking all budget items with activities and resources involved in job completion to ensure all invoice raised to the client are as per job performed and they are neither over charged nor under charged.Quality Control: Ensure all deliverable are checked for quality and there is significant time allocated for the same. Ensure all quality standards and guidelines are made available to everyone working on the project.
