• Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance • Working as a maintenance shift in-charge for whole post draw area of the Plant and responsible for both Mechanical and Electrical breakdowns• Performing the Preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance and responsible for completing the same within planned schedule• Plan and execute new Projects to eliminate the breakdowns completely and improve the quality and productivity• Introducing and developing the New assemblies/Tools/Poka-yoke/projects or modifications to an existing system • Developing and modifying the maintenance documents like check-sheets, shift report performing audits to collect the real-time data of machine health and perform the corrective maintenance• Maintaining the history and records of the maintenance activities• Maintaining the maintenance Spares, monthly store budget and ensure the availability of critical spares• Maintaining and controlling my reporting associates activities and giving training to them • Ensure the safety in Plant by developing the Poka-Yoke.• Able to read and understand Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatic and Hydraulic manuals.• Developing or modifying preventive maintenance, inspection lists and schedules to minimize breakdowns, or disruption in production process• Knowledge of mechanical elements like Gears, Pulleys, Bearings, Fixtures, coupling, shaft, Chain drive, Belt drive, Bushes etc.• Knowledge of electrical elements like, Relay, Contactor, Servomotors and its drives, PLC etc.• Knowledge of Pneumatic and hydraulic system, Its elements, like cylinder, Pressure guage, FRL unit, coil, DC valve etc.• Knowledge of problem solving and productivity tools like, Total productive Maintenane(TPM),Root cause analysis, Kaizen, FMEA, 7 QC tools, 5s system, Why why analysis etc.• Expertise experience in maintenance of machines like, Conductix or Medek Proof Testing, Medek coloring, Rewinding , Ink rotator, D2N2 chamber, LLT, MEK Rub tester maintenance
