FlyFish Alpha is the core of FlyFish Product, which helps a customer to create an AI based customizable bot with no coding knowledge. These bots can be built and trained to deploy on customers websites and other platforms. The platform also serves decent analytics to the customer. These bots can generate the leads and sends the data to customer through various CRM integrations. The bot builder is built with Java back end and React UI.

Project name : CRM We have worked with multiple partners of the idea telecommunications for CRM and Sales Management. We have built applications based on Java, android and successfully ported to the smallest server possible, the raspberry pi.Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities: Interact with customer for requirement changes and new projects. Provide demo to customers and end users. Bill the customer and follow up. Participate in architectural reviews and suggest changes as per business requirements. Have setup and managing stakeholder, escalation Matrix. Did follow-up with project manager to meet deadlines on time. Support CRM for telecom post paid sales DSAs.Telecom implementation (Idea, Vodafone, Airtel, AP-TS-TN Regions)Partnering as subcon to provide telecom services for operators like Idea, Airtel and Jio. Installed and commissioned BTS and Microwave equipments and of Ericsson, Nokia and Huawei. Prepared presentations and meet clients to offer services. Maintained constant contact with customers to answer their needs. Follow up with customer for PO, Invoice and Billing. Identifying new projects and meeting customers to finalize the agreement.

It was a wonderful experience work in an Amazon warehouse, helped me understand the warehousing solution in a hard way, ( refresher to my physical fitness though).I have worked as a warehouse associate.Scanning the inbound packages from the trucks and loading them on the conveyer belts.Make sure the packages are moving along the belts to the automated sorting station.Move packages from the moving belt to respective cages allotted.Scan and load the sorted packages into the truck. Adhering to the safety guidelines and collab with co workers. Worked in 12 Hrs rotational shifts with 2Hrs break. It was a great opportunity to understand and learn how a fulfilment center works.
