Roles and Responsibilities:- Responsible for all the design and manufacturing activities. Ensuring the design and manufacturing meets quality, cost, schedule and requirements of customer.- Overseeing in house material inventory, assisting in Raw Material procurement for suppliers.- Involved in implementation AS9100D certification. Prepared Standard Operating Procedures and formats for Cost Estimation, Quotation, Route card, Quality and inspection reports.- Reviewing the existing 3D designs and identify applications to utilize AM to improve quality, and optimization weight and Cost.- Responsible for preparing RFQs, RFPs, pre-sales and submitting proposal for etenders.- Responsible for cost estimation, design validation, rapid prototyping and quality checks of deliverables.- Reviewing the existing 3D designs and identify applications to utilize AM to improve quality, and optimization weight and Cost.- Trained on operating Stratasys 3D Printers in Fused Deposition Model and in Polyjet technology. • Responsible for quality check of deliverables executed by engineering data management team. • Final release approvals for all the standards drawings, Placards and source control parts for production.• Managing metrics and documents to track quality, work flow, best practices and key learning’s.• Participating in design review meetings and space management meetings with groups like Project Engineering, systems, manufacturing and customer service.• Mentoring interns and preparing training documents for new hires. Addressing the concerns of teams in part library creation and in Placard designs.

Roles and Responsibilities:• Modeling & Drafting of Aircraft components such as Fuselage, Tail cone, Electrical Panels for Avionics. • Modeling & Drafting of standards parts & Vendor Parts.• Building catalogs, seed models & component families for standard & Vendor parts.• Creating Interiors & Exteriors Placards using Adobe Illustrator.• Point of contact for all issue related to engineering data management.• Preparing & routing forms related to part substation, Alternate parts and change of source control.
