Solution Architect - Network & Security Solution

Pre-Sales Support• Understanding / responding to client requirements• Supporting sales team in understanding the customer requirement & proposing solutions• Preparing Bill Of Material for the solution proposed.• Planning, Organizing and Implementation of the new project.• Carrying out site survey & proposing solutions for new & existing customers.• Organize presentations, demos and Proof of Concept (POC) for the solutions proposed.• Understand, Propose/Provide Network Architecture diagram• Competitor Analysis and market scanning• Interaction with OEM’s representative( Cyberoam, Bluecoat, Aruba, Websense, Astaro, Array Network, etc.)• Bi-monthly Presale review with HO Team.• Interfacing with other internal groups like support to resolve .• Price negotiation with local OEM.

Designation : Technical Support Group(TSG) – SpecialistReporting To : Regional TSG Manager, Karnataka & Line Managers, MumbaiTechnical Support• Installation, Monitoring & Troubleshooting WAN & LAN Network for the End Customer• Responsible for uptime of corporate network and critical resources to ensure smooth IT operations• Supporting Regional Field team for1. Fault resolution of Escalated Calls2. Implementation Support• Installation Support for Network & Security products sold by sales team.• Prepare, Maintain & file Updates of Site documentation.• Planning, Organizing and Implementation of the new project.• Understand Service Level Agreement (SLA) commitments to Customers.• Plan and document – Spares support and Contingency & Fallback plan ( In consultation with National TSGManager, National Product Manager, Regional & National Stores).• Periodical and Pro-actively monitoring the site in co-ordination with the Site & Field engineers.• Update and Maintain KnowledgebasePre-Sales Support• Providing support to Regional Sales Team and National Product Manager (Sales) in understanding customerrequirements.• Carrying out site survey & proposing solutions for new & existing customers.• Organize presentations, demos and Proof of Concept (POC) for the solutions proposed.• Understand, Propose/Provide Network Architecture diagram.• Competitor Analysis and market scanning• Analyze RFP, develop sales plan and identify sales opportunities for product and services.• Promote new business and service opportunities with clients & work with sales team to close these deals.• Conduct security assessment to provide a solution.• Bill Of Material (BOM) & Bill Of Quantity (BOQ) preparation.• Weekly Presales review with HO Team.• LEAD Generation follow up with sales team for update on the case.
