· Ability to understand the training requirement both technical and non technical  ( basic knowledge of leading technologies and their deployment)· Coordinate with the clients to gather all the required information on their need.· Ability and exposure to source trainer profiles by using both internal and external sources of data.· Arranging the evaluation meeting and discussion call with the client and trainers.· Liaising with Trainer and clients to arrange technical discussion as and when required.· Arranging telecom meeting between client and trainer in case of better understanding on the requirement.· Working experience on enterprise training requirement.· Ability and exposure of communicating with client and trainer professionally.· Able to think multiple solutions for a given requirement.
