Bachelor's in polymer engineering with over 10 years of experience in plastics, rubber, and TPE materials part development.I worked in metal injection moulding and automotive and am currently associated with a green energy company that is a pioneer of floating solar. I gained expertise in developing the products, validating the materials, procuring, and commissioning the test benches, developing the international standard labs, processes, and quality systems, and building a competitive team.I am currently the Material & Product Validation Manager at Ciel & Terre, a global leader in floating solar systems. In this role, I manage a team of engineers who are responsible for validating new and existing products made of plastic and metal materials, and for providing testing and consulting services to customers and partners worldwide. I have successfully developed and led several projects related to localization, circular economy, and new material development, as well as budget planning, P&L, and business strategies. I have also established a state-of-the-art validation lab in-house and collaborated with global labs to evaluate new material compositions and products on custom-made and standard test benches. My mission is to enable and facilitate the adoption of sustainable and innovative solutions for renewable energy generation and consumption.In the past, I was associated with an automotive domain in filtration systems at a German-based MNC. I started as a material engineer and ended my journey as the team leader after 6.5 years. I was responsible for the development of plastics and elastomeric parts for local, Asian, and American regions, along with material testing support for different locations. I visited different locations for vendor development and team development tasks during my tenure.And I started my carrier as an R&D specialist a decade ago in a metal injection moulding company as a recipe developer and material qualifier for 3+ years and helped to set up the rheology lab and worked on developing specifications to qualify materials for automotive, medical, and defence applications.
