As a team member, I was responsible for analysing the accurate and timely processing of all payments. My tasks included the processing of time-critical complex transactions on behalf of the bank’s internal and external clients and cash-related investigations involving enquiries from clients and internal stakeholders on cash payments before and after execution. This experience enabled me to gain a deep insight into the world of finance and assisted me to gain knowledge of different products and markets. I was also able to build up my communication and networking skills through this journey.
