• Upgrading Enterprise Linux, Kernel and IBM MQ on critical Production and Non-Production servers by using RHCS suitefor failing over services and processes to prevent client impact and downtime.• Respond to IRC alerts for production client incidents and join on-calls by troubleshooting and engaging internalsupport teams to fix errors/issues.• Create RDBMS DB snapshots and troubleshoot RMAN restore on Oracle 11g and 19c Databases.• Replicate, build and refresh Linux, Windows, and Oracle DB servers from scratch to facilitate testing environment forclients.• Migrate live Physical Linux servers to Virtual machines as a part of company-wide Virtualization project.• Create and upgrade Windows Server Images and deploy bootable Vdisk's using Citrix PVS into Citrix farms.• Act as a primary point of contact for clients and manage major tech upgrades, projects, incidents, and driveweek/months long projects to closure.• Responsible to support DBA for Oracle Database upgrade, PSU patching on Client Production Database.• Activate and manage Oracle Disaster Recovery Environment during Major Downtime Upgrades to avoid completedowntime for end-users.• Provide Tier-3 support to Client’s end-users through service requests or tickets on Remedy tool for reported issues.• Administration of Disks, LVM, Users & Group management, file permissions, file systems and paging space on OracleLinux.

• Strictly following escalation matrix to resolve the issue and providing basic input to other teams on escalation matrix.• Working experience in AWS and Azure• Server build for production and test environments following the build procedures.• Adding new disks to Linux servers and performing disk expansion through LVM.• Users’ administration - Creating Users, Groups and giving permissions.• Installing software and packages using yum and rpm.• Perform quarterly/monthly patching activity on RHEL/CentOS servers.• Follow ITIL Process for raising Incidents, Requests and creating tasks.• Experience on ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Redmine.• Experience on monitoring tools such as Solarwinds, Logicmonitor, Zabbix, IPmonitor and Datadog.
