At Synup, I ensure the quality and performance of software products that help businesses manage their online presence. As a Software Engineer - QA, I develop and execute effective test plans, cases, and scripts using both manual and automated methods. I leverage my skills in Pytest, Playwright, and Generative AI to create and maintain test data and environments that simulate real-world scenarios and user behaviors.Before joining Synup, I was a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) at OSlash, where I automated web testing using Playwright, a modern framework that supports multiple browsers and platforms. I also performed manual and API testing, and collaborated with developers and product managers to identify and resolve defects. Additionally, I have experience as a Sports Analyst at Hudl, where I analyzed sports footage and provided insights to coaches and players. This honed my problem-solving and data analysis skills, which I apply to my work as a QA Engineer. I have a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, where I learned the fundamentals of software engineering and gained exposure to various technologies and tools. I am a proactive, results-driven, and collaborative team player, with a passion for delivering high-quality software products and a curiosity for learning new skills and exploring new ways to improve testing processes and methodologies.
