• Responsible for whole recruitment life cycle starting from understanding the client requirement, making appropriate key strings and searching on various job portals like Career Builder, Monster and LinkedIn, closing candidates with proper skill sets, negotiating rates with them, submitting resumes to client and scheduling of interviews and offers of candidate and constantly dealing with Client. Worked on Telecom/ IT and NON-IT Requirements of US based clients on W2 and reported to Associate Recruitment Manager and helped them close the client requirements by submitting quality candidates.• Identify and understanding Technical and functional requirements from the client• Recruited and placed professionals from various IT technologies for direct clients and Implementing Partners such as T-Mobile, CommScope, Samsung, Nokia, Cap Gemini, Dell, Black $ Veatch, UPS and State clients.• Responsible for entire recruiting cycle, understanding the job opening, sourcing the right candidate, arranging technical interviews, negotiations, closing the deal and maintaining the relationship with consultants• Used the various Applicant Tracking System (Dice, Carrier Builder, and Monster, LinkedIn) and used CEIPAL (Internal Database for passive sourcing) for sourcing candidates and track candidate status.• Hands on Boolean Coding• Experience in working with models on W2, Corp to Corp and 1099.• Managing day-to-day activities, which involve screening of resumes & shortlisting of resumes, scheduling interviews, follow up and follow through of selected candidates.• Placed high end technical professionals in the area of information technology.
