This automation caused savings of 4 Grade 4 FTE’s. • Architecture Relevance and Tracking System (ART), traced the effectiveness of global client discovery workshops and their impact on revenue for one of Cisco’s strategic Network as a Platform initiatives. I spearheaded requirements gathering, data analysis, planning, and steered the product development. • The Network Maturity Benchmarking Application (NMBA) that tracked the network assessment of some of Cisco’s key accounts and benchmarked them against industry standards and was used to cross sell and up-sell products and services. There were 11 bellwether customers with a total value of 1.1 MM USD annual subscription to the service.
