Order Processing and Scheduling:Responsible for the Planning and ordering of materials in line with primary planning system tool and production demand/forecastMonthly Forecast Planning by past sales historyProduction Planning & Scheduling for various sheet metal operations Turret Punching, Bending, Welding, Powder/CED coatings & Assembly of elevator partsResponsible for monitoring the Order Summary reportResponsible for delivery commitments to SalesFG readiness as per the sales order interact with Production, QA or QC for release of materials and Sourcing for any PO related queries Monitor the Plan execution on a daily/weekly basis and escalate to Cross Functional Team for any resolutions neededSupplier Handling:Material Requirement Planning(MRP) Scheduling in ERP/SAP and releasing delivery schedule to suppliers for imports & local partsResponsible for Material Planning process & assure the supply perform according to the demands of the plant with supply partners and control process of delivers to the plantKnowledge in Supply Planning process – Transport, Material flow, KANBAN & Safely stockTo steer and manage Materials availability in all aspects for smooth production by lining with control Material Planning, Supplier, internal partners on demand, parts availability, replenishment information and shipping detailsGenerating weekly and monthly reports regarding materials planning targets and objectivesEnsure proper communication to the supplier based in the agreed communication protocol on the forecast demands, production date and call offsResponsible for outsourcing the Powder coating, CED, laser cutting, Punching & bending parts to productionLogistics Process:Sound knowledge in Logistics process and ERP/SAP (Daily Receiving Plan, GRN, KANBAN Systems & Billing to finance) Responsible for WIP control(Aging Analysis) and Scrap reductionCo-ordinate with Production, Warehouse, IT & QA for various customer priorities

Leading the production in both of in-house and sub contract with a team of 30 members.Responsible for components production in Press shop, Heat Treatment shop and sub contracts.Follow-up RM & BO items against the monthly demand with purchase and suppliers.Responsible for manpower allocation.Responsible for delivery commitments to marketing.Monitoring tool life to reduce breakdown with accessories expenses.Responsible for WIP control.Prepare and circulate Monthly report, Dashboard report and Performance trend to all concerned.Responsible for scrap reduction.Implementing Automation in machines and material movement work for reducing operator fatigue.Responsible for TS16949/2009 Auditing activity for Production.Dispatch coordinator for Distribution and Logistics.Preserving discipline according to safety rules.
