• Monitoring the monthly closure of books, provide management with monthly reports such as MIS, variance analysis, cash flow projections, monthly balance sheet reconciliations etc• Preparing and presenting the Monthly & Quarterly Business Performance reports for Management Meetings highlighting the deviations. • Involve in various financial planning & analysis activities.• Preparing Budget Vs Actual analysis.• Produce month end reporting and liaise with the BUs for the variance commentary.• Support the Corporate function in the consolidation and other reports of the BU / Division financial results.• Produce month-end reporting, entity level management accounts and liaise with the BUs for the variance commentary• Analyzing Job Profitability reports of each job and reporting unusual profits and losses to the Management with the reasons• Completion of Statutory Audit/ Internal Audit compliance & query replies• Monthly Profitability statement and in-depth analysis of consumption cost, contribution analysis, and direct & indirect expenses.• Analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs• Regularly reviewing to look for cost reduction opportunities.• Investigation and analysis of costs to resolve queries from the business.• Review and analyze cost center reports• Monitoring of Operation & Clearance Expenses, Direct Expenses & Overheads, and Unusual expenses incurred above the Budget. Effective participation in cost control measures• Monitor all departmental costs on a regular basis to ensure performance against budget.• Indirect Tax – GST Return filing, Payment, and other compliances.• Prepare collection plan & Ensuring correct accounting of collections in books of account.• Follow-up Debtors outstanding on regular basis, to have proper credit control & strictly adhere to the guidelines laid down by the Management regarding the credit norms
