Efficient Civil Engineer equipped with construction planning, drafting and project management skills, as well as the ability to drive modern principles and practices of civil engineering with a Master’s of Science (M.S) degree in Civil Engineering with concentration as Construction Engineering & Management from California State University Fullerton and a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.I have learnt about progress payment reports, contract types, construction schedule and delays, RFI’s, product estimating, cost analysis and bidding strategy. Additionally, I have worked on databases which includes application of payment, invoices, submittals, change of order and preparing analytical reports. This will help me to perform my job well.With more than Eighteen-month experience in the construction industry field, my exposure helped me to gain experience in conducting meetings, sub-contractor management, planning and scheduling a project. I have gained proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Primavera, MS office suit and worked on Revit, Navisworks, Heavybid, WinEst and On-Screen take-off software.
