• Responsible for developing strategies addressing credit abuse/First party fraud, mainly around payments and returns in Citi Retail services portfolio.• Worked in Multiple First party and Third party fraud initiatives, including execution and enhancements of Entity linkage framework – developed internally to address credit abuse by linking PII from all Consumer Bank portfolios, utilizing Big data technologies.• SME for all the data on Retail services and Branded cards portfolios for the team.

• Responsible for the development, monitoring and implementation of Late Stage Collections strategies. • Own the day-to-day relationship with Credit Operations to execute strategies and enable delivery of portfolio Collections performance in line with agreed business plan and service level agreements.• Audit, review & document Collections policies, strategies & practices.

Part of CDI team - A cross portfolio team in Retail Services COO working with all Risk policy, Scoring, Finance and DM teams in leveraging the data and generate reports that help the partner teams strategize policies.Responsibilities:• Generating repository of reports for senior management around acquisitions, ECM & Authorizations. • Basel Finance Submissions and other Regulatory reporting projects for OCC and other regulatory bodies for Citi Retail services portfolios. • Working as a Liaison between Modelling/Scoring teams and Bureaus for various Modeling projects.

Role: Part of a 2-Member team involved in Maintaining and Enhancing a Report Suite of performance reports & Dashboards on Cards and Unsecured loans for a Major bank in Asia Pacific. Responsibilities: • Building Datamarts from various Sources of Data, Reports and Dashboards basing on them.• Worked Onshore for a period of 5 Months as a part of POC and has been Instrumental in getting the Project offshored. • Involved in Campaign Tracking for the Cards Team.
