Procurement Analyst - Gpr Finance & Controlling
- Roles & Responsibilities Reporting Analysis from 1st Nov 2013 to Till date:-
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple key activities.
- This includes creating, analysing, storing and maintaining efficient and secure systems for recording data and producing relevant documentation to Management.
- Need to create customized reports to handle the specific reporting like Org unit, Regional reporting,, P2P Spend reports, System based savings & Savings collector reports.
- Complete checks on varies fields like Co. code, missing PO’s, Org units, Payments term checks, Top to Bottom checks, OTC Merge & Spend development by Category/Regions.
- Support other ad -hoc activities such as Vendor Group Mapping, HWS & M06 Mapping.
