➢ Responsible of Fully Computerized & ERP Procurement based on SAP and online Purchase Order is prepared in SAP System. ➢ Knowledge of plastics interior & exterior parts manufacturing through injection molding, blow molding, roto molding, compression molding, etc. ➢ Developing & implement new product development process. ➢ Supplier price negotiation through the should cost & payment terms, delivery date, freight charges, raw material finalization of RFQ. ➢ Preparing the purchase order through the PR in SAP system. ➢ Develop the new vendors by analyzing the offer vendors taken to consider the price, on time delivery & quality parameters. ➢ Proper handling of the tools and asset in the line with the financial planning of the company. ➢ Ensure the account payable team to initiate the Capex payment through the supplier proforma invoices in the terms and condition of PO. ➢ Verification of proforma invoice as per PO condition, making down payments in SAP. ➢ Supports to account payable team on Invoices are handling and effectively and ensure that invoices are resolved and ensure processing of supplier payments on time. ➢ Follow up with Accounts Department for timely release of vender’s payment. ➢ Negotiation and Maintaining price comparison sheet.

➢ Daily management of the overall material stores and listing the requirement to maintain minimum stock value. ➢ Inform the purchase department for discrepancies related to goods receipts. ➢ Accurately process the GRN in SAP for all received goods, services & ensuring compliance with company policies & procedures. ➢ Monitoring the storage of materials, physical material issuance & stock movements through in SAP. ➢ GRN completion and move physical documents with reference to the finance team for the payment process. ➢ Maintaining the stock without variance by conducting the perpetual inventory system. ➢ Support for the quality and finance team for incoming and in process rejection booking for debits. ➢ Preparation of detailed report for fast, slow and non-moving materials based FSN analysis in SAP. ➢ To prepare every month consumption report to submit the finance team. ➢ Monitoring the Store Managements, Material inventory & day to day material consumptions with T codes like MIGO, GR, GI, GRN, standard procedure, Stock summary & Reports with correct attributes, compilation for GRN & Material code & Plant code formalities. ➢ Provide the training & support the team members & other departments on GRN processing and related to SAP functionalities.
