Validating and gathering the vital information like total work ex, present company location, relocation, position, current CTC, expected CTC, qualification and, skill sets , available for interview with clients, expected joining time & Interest level of candidate etc. Effective salary negotiation with candidates. Sending the CV to the clients after validation. Lining up the candidates and Scheduling interviews with clients and follow up on the feedbacks till joining. Preparing MIS report and updating of tracker on regular basis.
