The Group offers stock broking, depository participant, distribution of financial products (including mutual funds, bonds and fixed deposits), commodities broking, advisory services, merchant banking & corporate finance, wealth management, NBFC (loans to individuals, micro and small businesses), Data management, Foreign exchange, Registrar & Transfer agents & Data Analytics.Key Responsibilities: Part of projects team, coordinating with cross functional departments to ensure smooth functioning of the projects Ensure resource availability and allocation Developed a detailed project plan for Bangalore Funds and RMF Perform risk management to minimize project risks Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Tracking of SLA’s/ DCR / DQR for RMF, Bangalore funds & GFS funds Preparing all MIS / PPT presentations, dashboards for COO Office Daily Process Monitoring Maintaining good coordination with client & stakeholders Tracking of Minutes of Meeting & Escalations to COO / CEO office Benchmarking initial quality levels of the team & determined target for team performance in terms of Quality scores, productivity & occupancy Other ResponsibilitiesOther Responsibilities: Driving fun at work initiatives and programs to keep the team morale high. Building a well-defined employee engagement every week and driving the execution. Planning and conducting team events and team bonding exercises, including budgets and logistics Managing Program for new joiners and training plans Tracking and helping to the senior level people to close key deliverable points and follow-up on outstanding items.
