Processing of all the assigned tasks accurately within turnaround time.▪ Processing of all kind of Invoices PO & Non PO invoices▪ Learning other Process when Cross Process Training is given.▪ Working on urgent invoices based on aging to ensure turnaround time (TAT-SLA) is met for the invoices.▪ Training to the new Joiners related process and application▪ Training the team based on the knowledge gained during query resolution to reduce errors while processing and hence the quality.▪ Working on the Urgent queries which is received from the Clients through emails.▪ Processing of priority vendors which are Multiple shipments/Po’s/GL▪ Quality Check of a High Value posted documents of shipment/PO Invoices.▪ Handling Rush payment request from vendors without delay.▪ Provided vendor payment statements & Handling Email queries for payment status, Invoice queries▪ Follow up with the LSC and CSR Regarding shipment issues i.e Accrual▪ Handling NPO invoices & review of RTV cases on behalf of team.▪ Processing of invoices with 2 way 3 way matching process.▪ Responsible for audit queries in the above activities.▪ Emails interaction between clients, Vendor & approver for process updates, Approvals & backup documents.▪ Aware of Standard Accounts Payable T-codes.▪ Handling on overdue invoice report from the Clients and process for payment without delay.
