ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY• Create, maintain, and update candidate database records 5%.• Coordinate technical tests and verify consultant references 5%.• Generate client leads and consultant referrals 5%.• Coordinate interviews, prepare resume profiles, and assist with on-boarding activities 5%.• Identify, interview, and facilitating the hiring of salaried, full-time, W-2, and Corp to Corp technical staff with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, multitask, team environment 50%.• Oversee the full spectrum of the hiring process ensuring a positive candidate experience.• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies that focus on the candidate experience while managing business expectations.• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through on-going relationship management.• Assist in developing and tracking data trending standard measurements for staffing activities.• Assist in the day-to-day administration of various human resources generalist duties, including employee and labor relations.
