Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role as a Quality Assurance Manager located in Chennai. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality control process, ensuring that products meet established standards and customer expectations. Day-to-day tasks may include managing a team of quality control inspectors, conducting product tests and inspections, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and establishing and maintaining quality control procedures.Qualifications: * Experience in Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control.* Knowledge of quality control principles and practices.* Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.* Experience leading and managing a team.* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.* Experience with kitchenware/cookware products is a plus.* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.* ​Strong knowledge in developing New products and Vendors.* ​Good analytical knowledge in solving Customer complaints and developing Supplier quality standards as per the requirements.
