Current•Provide strategic direction into the development and enhancement of Data Quality controls to meet requirements of Data Policy Standards and Procedures, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness of Bank prioritized Data•Establish stature & authority through representation at key forums across Risk to emphasize the connectivity and execution of principles and standards across policies and processes•Engage with Bank Businesses and cross firm divisions to identify, reconcile and remediate gaps in the implementation of Policy requirements for Bank related data.•Engage with senior stakeholders across wealth management and other divisions to influence implementation of standards for the firm •Establish oversight and challenge process for data quality exceptions and provide senior management with timely reporting•Accountable for ensuring Bank stakeholders have a complete inventory of bank related DQ issues •Lead and participate in policy review, regulatory engagement on data quality governance, implement and support processes for RDA assessment for the Banks•Oversee quality and on-time preparation of monthly and quarterly committee materials•Ability to communicate effectively on key risks associated with Bank Data and Data lifecycle management to influence and provide updates to wide range of internal stakeholders•Maintain a pool of talent and manage their deliverables by providing mentorship for each area of DQ Governance to drive process excellence•Support and provide guidance to a team of technology members in the capacity of product owner to develop, and maintain a data quality framework to enable enhanced monitoring and reporting of automated Data Quality Controls•Strong knowledge of the regulations governing the financial industry with primary focus on Banking Data Management (Privacy, Data Quality, Data Lifecycle, etc.)•Independent self-starter who can manage multiple activities to defined deadlines
