Raise flags in time to ensure end objective is not compromised -e.g., panel availability, low conversion, high declines etc.• Research and gather market intelligence through portals/vendors and share it with the business• Have strong relationships with the extended team for effective OB fulfilment • Conduct professional assessment and verification for skills, experience, compensation.• Establish strong working relationships with various stakeholders’ business leaders, hiring managers, vendors, candidates etc.• Recommend tangible solutions to fulfill hiring needs of the business• Effectively communicate with the vendors, candidates, and internal team members while maintaining confidentiality• Have a thorough understanding of the recruiting processes and tools
