As a QA Intern at Al Palette, I was an integral part of the team responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of the company’s data-driven platform. My role involved executing comprehensive testing processes and contributing to the overall quality assurance efforts to deliver accurate and valuable insights to clients.Key Responsibilities:Functional and Integration Testing: Participated in functionality, integration, regression, and globalization testing processes to ensure the platform’s performance and reliability across various features and regions.Test Case Execution: Actively executed pre-existing test cases and scripts on Jenkins, verifying that all components of the platform met necessary requirements.Data Validation: Ensured the accuracy and reliability of the platform's data, contributing to Google Search Data Validation and performing Data SAT (Sampler Accuracy Testing).Defect Identification and Reporting: Identified, documented, and reported defects using Jira, playing a crucial role in the bug-tracking and resolution process.Advanced Testing Techniques: Engaged in advanced functionality testing, and began developing skills in writing Kibana Elasticsearch queries to enhance testing capabilities.Continuous Improvement: Collaborated with the development team to suggest improvements, ensuring that issues were resolved promptly and efficiently.Through this internship, I developed a strong foundation in quality assurance, data validation, and testing methodologies. My contributions helped Al Palette maintain high standards of quality, ensuring that the platform delivered reliable and accurate insights to its clients.
