o Performance Analysis for Mutual Funds data via various internal toolso Validate and upload the data from various vendors/clients and update onto the Bloomberg Terminal.o Analyze and update the data regarding Open-end funds, Closed-end Funds, ETFs, ETC and HedgeFunds.o Calculation of daily NAV.o Handling and updating data such as security prices, Dividends, Investment Data, CorporateActions and other details regarding Funds onto the Bloomberg Terminal.o Working on Straight-through processing (STP) checks to validate the funds processing into the system and investigating any discrepancies such as returns, corporate action issues etc.o Creation of ETF’s ( US & EMEA ) , update prices on daily basis.o As we handle direct client queries so to assist the clients as and when required to solve their queries.o Handling Quality Audits both internal and external.o Process Training to the new peers on-boarded to the project across various locationso Handles/ helps resolve escalations at the process level to ensure high customer satisfaction.o Reviews and validates the inputs from PEs and creates case studies/FAQs to capture tacitknowledge. Executes transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines to meet SLA targets.o Participates in the ideation process and produces the documentation and trains the team onthereengineered process to meet client and internal commitments continuouslyo Support the TL by training people on process/ domain as part of the growth plan.o Non-automated transactions including OTC derivatives and their related cash movements.o Supervised meetings to maintain interdisciplinary communication of process weaknesses and performance.o Coordinated multi-team process initialization, reducing associated redundancies and dependencies.o Managed 9 employees with continuous coaching and mentoring
