Identified the causes for these discrepancies and designed a process which ensured the two purchasing processes were in-sync and avoid monetary loss and improve service response time in the after-sales market. Recommended and initiated a system to:# Capture the data from various sources# Refine the data and present in a manner which would help perform various analysis # Monitor any intended/non-intended changes in the process (either the procedure or the terms and conditions with the vendors for purchasing new and after-sales parts) # Highlight the other areas in the purchasing process which will be impacted by these changes # Ensuring the impact-areas are dealt with necessary actions/changes by the authorized persons# Provide Reports based on necessary metrics - Cost, Service Levels, process adherence etc., Show less
