Bee has extensive experience and training in relating to individuals and groups – as a Mental Health professional, Dual Diagnosis Specialist, Consultant, Facilitator, Supervisor, NLP Trainer and Manager. Over the past twenty years she has been involved in effective employee assistance programmes in a range of workplaces. She is experienced in supporting individuals and groups through organisational change and life transitions. Bee’s area of interest is in assisting individuals to harness their potential within a work and lifestyle context. Bee’s previous experience in management provides her with organisational and management insights in both the government and private sectors. Bee’s self-care regime involves yoga, meditation, dancing and spending family time with her husband and son.
