He has also served as member of the CII Karnataka - IT Panel. Bharat has always performed exceptionally well at academics and at work. At NITK, he was second in the University. At AIM, Manila, where he earned his MBA, he was on the Dean’s List. While at ABB, at the age of 23, he successfully automated South Asia's largest shipbuilding crane at Cochin Shipyard. While at IBM, he won the best People Manager Award. Son of a fighter pilot and a teacher, he has travelled widely and interacted with people from various countries and backgrounds. He is extremely passionate about learning and teaching. His areas of interest are Leadership and Management Development and Wellbeing.
