For the last 2 decades the word strategy has always excited me and even today I remain a student of strategy. I love to dig into customer problems and have tried solving it initially by promising less & performing more and later with technology. I have created, scaled and optimised products and brand portfolios that matter. - To accomplish this I have focussed on strategy, vision and building an amazing team.-I have enjoyed many medium and senior level executive positions throughout my career of two decades in technology (SaaS), Enterprise software sales, Public sector marketing, Bid Mgmt, product management, marketing, Business development, strategy, Change management and M&A. -As someone who has always had a startup mindset I have taken brands from $0.5M to $100M.- I have always relied on Data to create the future.- Demonstrated ability to drive end-to-end projects from ideation to implementation I have lead multicultural teams from 10 to 200 people in different locations.- I love to win but helping my team win has been the greatest joy.- I have been fortunate to have a 360 degree overview by heading brands in Travel, Outsourcing then branching out to building a software, marketing SaaS, Public sector marketing and M&A. - I have executed, opened new markets, launched brands, managed short and long term off shore projects and technological innovations in North America, Canada, UK, Greece, Singapore, Hong kong and UAE. - I have great stories that inspire and motivate- The buck always stops with me. - Operated in Environments with complex stake holder structure.I can motivate, train, I believe in constantly learning and Focus on the bigger picture.
