As Assistant State Project Co-coordinator (ASPF) I need to do following task;a. Support Implementation staff and preparation of project guideline as per PIP i.e. Project Implementation Plan and discussion with Project Co-ordination Unit (PCU) at Pune.b. Prepare briefs and talking points on key issues and report MPR, QPR, as per requirement of Project Planning and monitoring Unit (PPMU) at Mumbai on progress of implementation of project activities. c.Environmental impact assessment (EIA), environmental management plan (EMP), strategic environmental assessments (EAs), cumulative impact analysis, and other forms of environmental assessments. d.To manage business related risk, mitigation of all kinds of risk by adopting Standard Operating Process (SOP) or through forensic investigation for RCA (root cause analysis).As core area I have to perform following task as follows;a. To design project in order to improve environmental benefits (positive impacts) and outcomes of project. b. I need to design and delivery learning program on sustainability and environmental risk management as per World Bank group environmental, health and safety guideline (WBGEHS). c. I work closely with project for existing and new project area and suggest preventive actions to mitigate risk in project area, develop and maintain liaison with government authorities and project beneficiaries, project implementing agency etc.d. To provide technical consultancy to Private industry i.e. manufacturing, Agricultural business, Service Industries (MAS). e.I had to take periodical environmental and social due diligence with reference to investment made in the project by private bank.f.Suggest identify mitigation measures in order to ensure compliance as per World Bank environmental health and safety guidelines.g. Draft public notice w.r.t. investment made in the projects and MAS industries with due deadlines.h. Identify bottlenecks presents which prevent environmental and social risk.

a. After completion of my graduation in Agriculture in 2003. Thus, I get exposure to talk with farmers and understand their problems and try to find out solution. b. Thereafter I had completed my post-graduation in environmental science in 2005 while doing my project work, I get an opportunity to work with world bank funded project Jalswarajya, Maharashtra water sector improvement project- Agriculture support service component (MWSIP-ASSC) viz;c. After completion of my post-graduation I had got my first project “Jalswarajya” where I worked as monitoring and evaluation specialist at water supply and sanitation department where I had got an exposure to be familiar with world bank procurement guidelines with special reference to externally funded project. I had got exposure to finance needed by micro, small, medium, enterprises with reference to agriculture process industry. I had work till 15/010/2007.d. During my second project “MWSIP-ASSC” where I had worked as Assistant state project facilitator at project co-ordination unit, Agriculture department. In this project I had to make co-ordination among various stake holders of project for achievement of project objective. I had to prepare details guideline for effective implementation of project activity at ground level as per world bank procurement guideline. In this project I had work till 31/03/2012.e. I had worked as consultant to private industry as well as government organization like state pollution control board, bureau of energy efficiency. f. The ERMF also defines the environmental safeguards requirements to be followed while preparing the Energy Efficient projects, to enable due diligence during appraisal process and identify environmental risk profile of each transaction to ensure safeguard risks are mitigated as part of disbursement mechanisms. Third party checks on appraisal procedures to ensure the fiduciary and environmental safeguard management framework are also included under ERMF.
