I always wanted to work in a designing field since my school days. As there was not much visibility/clarity over the range of courses available when I completed school, I opted to learn making glasses for repairing wrist watches. Though not a full-time career option, I achieved the sense of "patience & focus" needed for perfection. It also helped me earn my first salary.Presently, I am working as a CGI Quality Manager (Process Manager) in CLX Europe (eClerx Services Ltd.). My responsibilities include reviewing the 3D content before final delivery to the client. And managing a team of experienced 3D QC artist. Finding new ideas & initiatives for automations.My previous experience was as a QC & Production Supervisor at SGS&CO for 3 years. Ensuring 99.9%+ RFT performance, Production planning, Mentoring my subordinates in team leading & reporting activities, Cross utilization of resources from different teams & skillsets, Creating & reporting performance data, Scoping new projects, Generating ideas & activities for knowledge sharing within teams & maintaining a good culture for team.Earlier I have worked as an Analyst & Associate Process Manager at eClerx Services Ltd. for ~7 years. Having led a team on various online campaigns & Video re-branding for our clients. Ensuring 100% quality results & value adds to our clients. Mentoring subordinates in process, (CLPMs, SOPs, Brand guidelines) quality issues, handling client communication (emails & meetings) & overall performance.Before that I worked as a Clerk (Internal Auditor) in Konark Infrastructure Ltd. My core job was to catch errors/frauds in weekly reports. It helped me to understand how to maintain the quality in final output. I gained this experience along with attending final three years of my college.In the interim, I also had a one & half year run with my business (Rupee Online) which was a government authorized business.My long term goal is to bring positive changes in society through my work in creative field.When I am not working, I jump onto reading stuff or watching movies.That's all about me.
