Reporting to the Associate Director of Marketing, my current responsibilities include:- Managing all Pre-opening and In-season BTL production activities.- Global Village Merchandise Development.- Budgeting / Saving / assist negotiations throughout the year.- Preparing and executing PRs / RFPs / RFQs of Marketing & Events deliverables while adhering to set procurement policies.- Supporting the Events team in executing special events and concerts throughout the season.- Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and execution of production activities throughout the season.- Address and resolve any production issues or challenges promptly by implementing contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensuring continuity.- Understand and adhering to HSE standards and policies keeping staff and guest safety as utmost priority.- Manage expectations with all internal & external stakeholders.
