Managed supply chain of Electric bus for components from China. Worked on world class EV battery of CATL and Siemens motor of 250KW.

Project design to commissioning of battery pack assembly line with capacity of 0.3GWh. Both cylidrical and prismatic cell can be used. Helped to establish supply chain of cells, BMS, Nickel plate and casing.

• Managed product such as mobile phones, LCD TV, washing machine and AC for Videocon, Sansui, Coolpad and Spice• Based on Market Requirements Document (MRD) and collaboration with internal teams, launched new products within 90 days from definition to release, transfer to India production and UAE deployment; meeting 50% contribution margin cost targets, 12 months positive cash flow milestone, and 4.5% Annual Failure Rate (AFR) quality goals of mobiles• Engage with core chip designers like Qualcomm, Mediatek, Spreadtrum, Samsung, Hynix & Micron to decide product roadmap according to different categories• Project lead on 3 major mobile & tablet device connecting mobiles to air conditioners• Managed international cross- functional project teams from prototype to mass production in a stage gate, PDP environment.• Established and led program business rhythms to monitor program technical and financial status, includes internal customer and senior business unit reviews• Led and participated in new business development activities such as SKD and CKD proposals of mobiles. Engaged in pre-proposal strategic activities, proposal reviews, proposal writing and start-up activities• Established and maintained peer recognized leadership role in product development process (PDP) of mobiles• Implemented project management processes into 36 new product development programs• Supply chain development and management for mobile phone assembly in India. Successfully developed more than 46 suppliers for SKD and CKD kit supply to India from different locations like CHINA, TAIWAN, HONG KONG, KOREA AND SINGAPORE

• Daily program management throughout the program life cycle & utilising resources across projects• Aligning the deliverables (outputs) to the program’s “outcome” with the aid of the business change manage• Managing the main program documentations such as the program initiation document• Provide CAPA to India from suppliers and compensation for COPQ (Cost of poor quality)

• Control & monitor MRP system in SAP according to rolling plan for project development• Component planning & shortage list preparation• Control inventory by proper planning and KANBAN system
